Who we are
We are LAB, Leading Advertising Bureau, a marketing bureau based in Dubai, UAE. For any question about your data, write to hello@mediabureau.ae.
What we collect
When you send the contact form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company or website, the services and budget you pick, how you heard about us, your message, the page you sent it from, and your consent choices.
When you message us on WhatsApp or by email: what you write to us and your contact details.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare your strategy session and follow up on it. We do this because you ask us to and agree to it in the form.
To send you occasional marketing insights, only if you tick that box. You can stop them at any time by replying to any of them or writing to hello@mediabureau.ae.
We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it for us
Our website runs on a rented server operated by a hosting provider. Form enquiries are delivered to our team through Telegram, and WhatsApp conversations go through WhatsApp (Meta). Some of these services store data outside the UAE.
Each of them handles your details only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and we delete them sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, have them deleted, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@mediabureau.ae. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before.
